Curbside and Bus-stop meal pick-up 

The order form will reopen the evening of October 15th and will close the evening of October 18th to allow time for meal preparation. For assistance please contact Food and Nutrition @360-443-3663.

Meal Pickups are Tuesday's and Thursday's.

We are adding Bus-stop meal pickup sites starting September 29th. If you have already signed up and are planning to continue to pickup at the school, you don't need to do anything. If you want to change to a Bus-stop meal pickup, fill out a new order form for each child.

USDA has extended the free meal program until December 31,2020 depending on federal funding!!! 

Curbside and Bus-stop Meals:

South Kitsap School District (SKSD) Food and Nutrition Services is excited to provide weekly curbside and Bus-stop meal pick-up for remote learners.  To receive meals, parents/guardians will need to complete an order form for each child who would like meal service.  Meal pick-up will be on Tuesday and Thursday starting September 29th, 2020 

Please review all information below, including the frequently asked questions, before ordering or picking-up meals.


How to Order:

  1. Choose your pick-up location and time for meal pick-up

     A. You may choose any of the available meal pick-up locations to pick-up meals. It doesn't have to be the school your child attends. Parents with students at multiple schools and/or non-school age children may choose to pick-up all meals at one location.
    EXAMPLE:  If you have students who attend three different schools, but Manchester is your preferred pick-up site, you will need to fill out three Manchester forms, one for each student.

    B. Pick-up time at all locations will be from 11:30 A.M. to 12:30 P.M., and Afternoon pick-up at selected site from 5:00 P.M. – 6:00 P.M.   

  2. Complete the order form based on the desired pick-up location.
    A form MUST be completed for EACH student. You will need the child/student name when picking up meals.

Current orders will be in effect for the first 9 weeks of school. Only fill out a new order form if you want to change to a Bus-stop pickup or if you are new to Curbside meals.  Please do not duplicate your order. Link to order Form: Meal Pickup Order Form

Frequently asked Questions:

Is the pre-order form the same as the Free & Reduced Priced Meal Application?

  • No; this is a pre-order form to opt into curbside pickup of meals for students who attend classes remotely. Currently all students for the first 9 weeks of school.
  • If you believe that your household is eligible for Free or Reduced-priced meal, please go to free/reduced

Do I need to qualify for Free or Reduced-price meal to be able to order Curbside Meals?

  • No.  You may submit a meal order regardless of your child(ren)’s meal eligibility. Meals are free for any child in your household age 18 and under. 

Are meals available to any child under 18 years of age as was allowed during the spring 2020 semester and summer meal service?

  • Yes, meals are free for any child age 18 and under. 
  • Please make sure you filled out an order form for each child in your household.

Do I have to pick up meals from my student’s home school?

  • Meal pick up does not have to be at the school your child is registered at.  You may order your meals for pickup at any pick-up location in the district.  You are able to pick the school most convenient for your family. Meals for multiple children/students may be picked up from any of the listed school site but an important note is that a form MUST be completed for EACH student meal. 

How will meals be packaged?

  • Meals will be packaged for breakfast and lunch for 2 days on Tuesday, and breakfast and lunch for 3 days on Thursday.  Breakfast and Lunch meals will be packaged separately.

What if my students require a diet modification?

  • Any student who has a physician prescribed and physician signed SKSD Diet Modification Request Form on file can contact Food and Nutrition Services. Contact Us
